Your child’s photo

• We use it for one thing only: to draw your child into this one book.
• To make the drawings, the photo is sent to an AI drawing service in the United States. It does not use the photo to train its models and deletes it after processing (it may keep it up to 30 days for abuse monitoring).
• We never sell, post or share the photo, and never use it for ads or for other books.
• We delete the photo as soon as you approve your preview. If you don’t order, it is deleted after 7 days at the latest. Only the drawings stay, so we can reprint your book.
• You can ask us to delete everything at any time; we do it within 48 hours.

Name and message

Your child’s first name and the optional message are used only to make this book.

Your order

Payment, your email and the shipping address are collected by Stripe. We never see your card details. We use your email only for this order: confirmation, your preview, a reminder if you haven’t approved yet, and, if you leave the checkout before paying, one reminder. If you ask us to email you your book preview, we send it once plus one reminder, nothing else. Every reminder has an unsubscribe link. Our print partner in the United States prints your book and ships it to you; it gets the finished book and your shipping address, never the photo.

Who helps us

We work with a few service providers for drawing, payment, printing and shipping, sending emails and running this website. They get only what they need for your order. We keep the photo only on our studio computer, not in any cloud backup.

Measuring our ads

We count page visits without cookies. When we run ads, we may use the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Pinterest Tag to see which ads lead to orders. These services can set cookies; you can block them in your browser settings.

Children

This shop is for parents, grandparents and other adults. By uploading a photo you confirm that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have their permission. We do not collect information from children.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at the email above. Residents of the EU/EEA have the rights set out in the GDPR; the legal basis is the contract with you and your consent for the photo, which you can withdraw at any time.
